On July 17th, a car struck a cyclist. 64 year old Steve Baxter was struck and killed in a Riverside bicycle accident on Goetz Road in Perris.
The police pronounced the cyclist dead after they arrived at the scene. Later, they identified him as Steve Baxter. The authorities identified the vehicle that struck Baxter as a “either white or light-colored” sedan, with a broken windshield and a very damaged front end.
