Fatal Shadow Hills Area Multi Car Accident Hospitalizes Four – A multi-car fatal accident yesterday in the Shadow Hills Area sent four motorists to the hospital and ended the lives of two others. The major car accident took place at 3:15 p.m. on W. La Tuna Canyon, off the 210 Freeway just north of La Canada/Flintridge.
Eight people were injured in the crash, two of the injured being young boys rushed to the trauma center in an ambulance. Two adult men were also transported by ambulance to the emergency room as a result of personal injuries suffered in the crash. The injured motorists remain in critical condition in the hospital.
The collision involved three cars, all of which sustained property damage from the impact of the wreck. Tragically, two men were declared deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
