CHP Confirms 10 Freeway Accident This Morning Involved 12 Cars – Earlier this morning, a multi-car pile-up car accident on the 10 Freeway in West Covina, driving westbound into Los Angeles during the morning commute, snarled traffic and caused the shut- down of the freeway.
