Route 91 Victim Survivor Shooting Lawyers Announce Massive MGM Settlement
Lawyers Representing Over 4,300 Claimants Announce Settlement with MGM Resorts International just days after 2 year anniversary
OCTOBER 3, 2019 [ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA] – Route 91 Victim Survivor Shooting Lawyers Announce Massive MGM Settlement to settle substantially all claims. The specifics of each individual settlement are not yet ascertainable. This represents substantial progress toward resolution for the Route 91 community.
Route 91 Lawyer Alexander D. Napolin, Esq. stated that MGM Resorts International has settled all viable cases for a range to be determined between $735 million and $800 million. The settlement comes two years following the October 1, 2017 tragedy that left 58 dead, hundreds wounded, and thousands traumatized. “In terms of suffering, money can never replace this tragic loss of life and happiness, but the possibility of settlement offers significant financial and emotional relief for my clients suffering in the aftermath of this horrible tragedy.” Stated Napolin.
In conjunction with James Lee of Lee Murphy Law Firm and Mark Robinson of Robinson Calcagne, Inc., Napolin represents hundreds of wrongful death, shooting, injury and PTSD survivors.
Our Recent Loss of Attorney Catherine Rose Lombardo
Note from Alexander D. Napolin, Esq.: I would like to express my condolences to anyone in the Route 91 family affected by this great loss. Catherine was 54 years old and fought a brave four-year battle against ovarian cancer. Catherine was an inspirational figure in the fight to find out what happened on October 1, 2017 and for liability against MGM Resorts International. Catherine’s early work fighting for her clients of the Route 91 massacre led her to appear on various news outlets including People Magazine, Fox News Channel and CNN. Her clients knew that she had their back, and I believe that fact created positive recovery outcomes after this tragedy. Rest assured that Catherine agreed to completing the settlement with MGM. Mr. Lee, Mr. Robinson, Mr. Eiland and myself are committed to the well-being of those who Catherine pledged to help.
